    Dispatch & Delivery

    Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. We use tracked delivery services within the UK. Peptides are shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs where necessary to maintain product integrity during transit. Delivery times are usually 1–3 business days for UK addresses.

    Returns

    Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals and the inability to verify storage conditions after dispatch, we cannot accept returns on opened or reconstituted products. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days — please contact us to arrange this. Damaged or incorrect orders will be replaced at no additional cost.

    Address Accuracy

    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately — we may be able to amend the address before dispatch.
